【盘点】中东呼吸综合征最新亮点研究论文速览 时间:2015-06-02

近日,韩国籍中东呼吸综合征(MERS)患者进入到广东惠州引起社会高度关注,MERS病毒于2012年在中东发现,并引起了全球科学家的关注,其不同于埃博拉的接触式传播,与其“表亲”SARS一样,是通过空气传播的。MERSSARS均属于同一个β冠状病毒属,而且均属于C亚型;感染后也会出现发烧、呼吸衰竭,有时伴有肾衰竭等类似症状。数据统计表明,MERS致死率远高于SARS10%,达到37%(中国疾控中心公布数据为27%)以上,但该病毒传播速度并不快。

据世卫组织公开数据,截至5月中旬,3年来MERS病毒在全球20多个国家累计感染1100多例患者。目前业内尚未有证据表明,该病毒可以在人群中广泛传播,大多是接触动物或医院内密切接触感染。
